How accurate are your gradings ?
All items are graded correctly - we have 30 years experience.

How quickly can I expect my order to be delivered ?
Orders will be despatched within 1 to 3 days except on the odd occasion when we are on holiday or on a business trip.

Can you accommodate specific postage instructions ?
Yes - Special Delivery for UK and Registered for Overseas is fine, just let us know what you require and we will let you know the cost.

What if I'm unhappy with my purchase ?
We Offer a full money back guarantee on all items excluding postage costs.

Do your prices include shipping ?
Postage Costs are extra.

Will my order be packed securely ?
All items mailed will be professionally packaged.

Do you accept other methods of payment than the ones listed on the site ?
UK cheques and postal Orders are accepted, also cash by registered mail.

What if I need more information about a particular item ?
No Problem just send us an email with your enquiry.

Can you send me additional pictures of an item ?
In most cases yes, although sometimes it may take a day or so to get back to you.

Do you have more stock than what's listed on the website ?
At the moment yes, but eventually we hope to have our entire catalogue online.

How do I return an item ?
Contact us first and we will let you know the address to send the item back.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card ?
Yes, completely, we use a secure server and all details are destroyed securely as soon as a transaction is completed.

How can I remove items from my basket?
Click on View Cart and your screen will now show what you have in your shopping cart. You now have the option to go back to the catalogue and continue shopping, or amend the quantity to order, or go to the checkout and complete the order, or reset the basket.
